This week I was on a roll and finished 2 dramas instead of one hahaha. Both dramas are a little more intense than I would have liked but I wanted more Suda Masaki. Firstly, Mondai No Aru Restaurant (問題のあるレストラン). This is the story of females who are labelled "write-offs" and the restaurant they have established in order for them to get out from life's abyss. They battle difficulties and search for ways to change their lives as they experience the joys of work. This is a problem restaurant because they are all females with problems, but it is certainly not lousy. The women who have a common enemy – men, and the restaurant unites them in a fight to the death. -- Jdrama Weblog The drama was kinda intense at some parts as practically all the guys were really portrayed as oppressive and sexually harassing them. It might be a bit exaggerated as I'm sure not ALL the guys were like that but it is a drama about empowering women afterall so by creating such an environment I guess the impact will be more powerful. Anyway my Suda only plays a small part which is sad but the drama is still not too bad. Secondly, Tamiou (民王). One day, the current prime minister of Japan, Muto Taizan, and his useless son, Sho, suddenly discover that they have switched bodies. I would usually avoid shows about politics because it is usually too damn intense with all the bad guys trying to climb up the ladder and such buttttttttttt...... Suda. And also this uncle that I keep seeing everywhere. Anyway the drama wasn't too bad (is it a japanese drama thing? a korean drama of such a theme would have been very much more intense) Fun fact: Kara's ex-member Jiyoung also acted inside and her japanese is pretty natural but what do I know.
