hello my pals~
i've just enjoyed 2 very very satisfying days :D
the way i'm spending my time now is as if i'm really enjoying the last few days of my life. hahahaha.

yesterday
was woken up by lao kan's morning call at 6.30 cause kan, ys and i were going to "climb bukit timah hill"! i tried to worm out of it cause i really didn't want to get out of my comfy bed at that kind of unearthly hour after sleeping at like 1 am.

me: hey lao kan, i think i'll go just meet you all for breakfast. if i'm going for the climbing i'd need to carry a lot of stuff then very difficult also.
kan: put at my house lah... i can pass you on fri.
me: no i mean i'd be climbing with a shoebag and stuff and my backpack is too small to stuff so many stuff inside.
kan: oh i help you hold lah! or i got the hook thingy can hook to the bag.
me: hai okay i'll get out of bed now.

so as you can see, i failed. hahahaha.
anyway i was really glad i got myself out of bed to go for this. it was so fun! :D
hahahaha. we should totally do it again before you leave, kan. if not ys and i won't ever go climb the hill again. hahaha.we are in xiao ren guo where the veggies are bigger than us!LOOK HOW HAPPY WE WERE WHEN WE FINALLY REACH THE TOP!
everything was fine and dandy but this creepy auntie wearing a weird hat kept crashing our photos! D:

it is so pretty there. the water is so clear!

then we had bf at macs then went to kan's house, where i showered and then took off to go to work.

at work, it was super slack as usual, so my whole day was spent making my chicky pouch!
hahahaha. cute right! i learnt how to do the blanket stitch today and it was fun so i decided to stitch the sides of my handle but halfway through i was regretting cause it was so tedious. hahaha.

anyway on that day, the full timers got their bonus so ross treated us each to a cup of mango with aloe vera from toast box and suria treated us to gelato ice cream! whoooo!! sugar overdose that day. hahahaha.

oh plus bagus's food was finally bagus so i ate a lot too.
and on the was out of bagus, emily and i got ourselves a new EC from MEMA (hahaha #somethingsneverchange).

plus plus after we closed kids club, there was fireworks!!
so ross, emily and i were just standing by the dark pool, watching the fireworks. how romantic... -.- hahahaha.

today
finally watched a movie after super long! last movie i watched before today was like what, harry potter? hahahaha.
today, sop, ajay, kan and i watched "extremely loud and incredibly close". really nice movie but its a crying show.
the funny thing was halfway through the movie, somebody (i think it was ajay) passed tissue around. hahahaha hilarious.

after the movie, we walked from cathay to 313, A&F then TAKA.
today was the first time i entered A&F!
wasn't really a very pleasant experience though. the strong perfume smell in the air, the lack of lights and all that mirrors and good looking people just make me very giddy indeed.

it was funny when ajay and sop had this informal "who can bump into more people they know" contest.

at taka, we went to check out this ultra atas and ex ex ex cafe-like place.
one small tart for like... $6. and half a loaf of plain bread for like $8.80. (daylight robbery!!)
and we were peeping into the kitchen from this small corner then this baker dude walked into our vision and when he looked at us, i waved at him and he smiled back so i guess that was 1 point for chenting in the contest? hahaha.

bumped into ys outside scape and then sop and ajay left and the 3 of us went to 313 again so that ys can buy some stuff for her SH trip at uniqlo.
and then once we came out of the shop we noticed that there were a lot of people on the level above us so being nosy people, we went to check it out. the queue was from hmv.
we found one spot outside the shop and strained to see who was inside that was causing this commotion but we couldn't see anything interesting so i asked the guy beside us what is going on and he was like "actually i don't know also". HAHAHA #typicalsingaporeans.
so we went into harris which was beside hmv and i asked the security guard standing outside the shop what was happening.
"oh, they're all here for my signature".
hahahahaha hilarious.
and then we asked the cashier of harris and he said some boy band was coming. some boy band from the 90s. A1?
don't know lah. but we did managed to see the boyband before we left though. the sad thing was we don't know who they were so we left for dinner.

we went to eat at my fav sushi place at city link!
hahaha i just went there and spammed salmon. but glad that everyone enjoyed the food! :D
after that we went to eat gelato! there was a 1 for 1 so we got a total of 2 medium cups and 6 flavours of ice cream. YUMMY!

and when i came home, i gave my grandma and my dad the durian bread i bought and they ate it happily and that made me happy too (:

had SO MUCH fun these 2 days!
it almost felt like we were the old us again :D

1) my beautiful show ticket is finally in my safekeeping!!
though there isn't much chance that i''d be the one who gets picked on stage,
i'm just looking forward to standing among fellow b2uties singing along to beast's songs. and if theres enough space, dancing/jumping along too. :D

2) meet the nightmare brothersthey are hyperactive, naughty, noisy etc but you can't just scold/punish them cause they're so cute. urgh. and they come quite regularly.

3) can't wait for the next episode of my shut up flower boy band.
what i like about this show is that they focus more on friendship than on romance (y).
and even though the things that happened aren't all that serious or life-changing, the show somehow still keeps me on my toes. not to mention that they are good-looking. hahaha.

4) did i mention that my cousin got into AJ? anyway i went to crash her school today after her lessons ended and she and her friends are practicing lucifer for their audition tomorrow. it was mm old, small and kinda boring... but they have ramlee burger! (Y) (Y)
and i had a bad experience today that i don't think i'd like to have again thx.
greatest mistake of today was to agree to go crash her school today.

5)strange how bad things and good things always come one right after another.
6) i highly doubt i'll be able to wake up at 6.30 am tomorrow.

these 2 days had been pretty good i guess.
met up with kelly, ys, ajay and lyn for dinner at plaza sing after work yesterday and we went to eat at manhattan fish market, which was surprisingly affordable! and the food is so yummy! :D
it was fun when we did kept doing the "whoooo~" and clinking our cups together thing ^^
then went to this dark and quiet place to sit and talk and also to wait for jovi to finish her tuition and come meet us.
fortunately, it was a cloudless night so we were able to stargaze (:
then jovi came for like 5 minutes and we all needed to leave.

today met up with ys, kan and kan's taiwan accent to eat lunch plus shop.
hahaha i managed this with only the $18 in my wallet my pals!
today was such a hot hot HOT day.
on the bus ride back home, i saw ksm and we managed to exchange a few sentences before she had to alight. hahahaha.
it is really more confident now and she seems happier too. (:

so when i came back home, i found a letter in a yellow envelope addressed to me and the return address was telok blangah heights so i thought it was from sop and i was feeling quite happy at first then halfway through the 2nd paragraph, i realised that it wasn't from sop and from someone else that stays at that area too. hahahaha.
anyway, thanks to that person, i managed to write 2 letters today! one to the person and one to one of those who sent their addresses to me. i got to keep up with this effort!

and i talked to sop on the phone for awhile while she was walking home after gym-ing.

in conclusion, within these 2 days, i managed to talk to the whole part minus hc! quite incredible. hahahaha.

oh and i try to eat the grapefruit i bought on valentine's day just now but it was so freaking sour and bitter!! urgh. i couldn't take it anymore after like 2 segments of it. i'll see what i can do with it tomorrow.

sorry if the things i say sound mean and critical sometimes...
what i really mean is that,
i just wish we have more time for each other.

totally describe what i'm feeling nowadays. even thinking about beautiful show doesn't get me as riled up as when i was going to go for the fan meet as year T_T
okay i shall try to sleep at 12 tonight instead of the usual 2/3 am and wake up in the morning instead of afternoon to see if it helps with this general lack of interest in everything in life feeling i have.

this afternoon there was no kids so we just sat around to eat prata and the fish curry that one of my colleagues cooked while talking about scary stuff again.
today was the first time i heard about illuminati and emily showed us all these videos on illuminati and how it links to the music industry and its so scary to see the links. even though i don't know if i should totally believe it or not, i'm scared to listen to english songs now haha and i feel like deleting all my lady gaga songs.

omg i'm looking at the SMU open house invitation thingy sent to my house and i'm feeling so so nervous right now!! ARGGHH. i don't know whether or not to consider SMU actually. its quite close to my house but like that time they came to our school and they said something about everyone having to go through an interview if they are selected right T-T
plus it seems like they don't offer geography. but then again, its not even confirmed whether or not i want to take geography T-T

and i have to confirm with my lead by tomorrow if i want to work on 4th march, the day after BEAUTIFUL SHOW and also the day when smu is having their open house.

hello my friends~
today is the first time in a long long time that i woke up at like 7 plus cause i have to report to work at like 9 instead of the usual 10.
anyways, finally had a fun day at work cause there were so many kids today that kids club was like a mad house. but it was still fun :D
i even managed to get 2 kisses on my cheeks from 2 kids before i left!! omg my first cheek kisses!! arrghhh!! hahahahaha omg they're so cute seriouslyyyyyy.

then went to eat yummy ramen with my parents and then went to eat rochor tauhway where a lot of cool artsy fartsy people are hanging out at. hahahaha.

hello everyone, guess what? i woke up at 2 pm today!!
hahahaha it was hilarious. i woke up to pee and thinking that it was only like 10 plus, i wanted to go back to sleep but before i go back to sleep, i checked my phone and realised that it was like 13.45. HAHAHAHA.

then i went to play with my make-up.took me like one hour to get balance between both eyes hahahaha.

then i left my house to go to NTUC to buy some food so that i can cook something for the picnic later but after walking around for a while, i realised that i only have around one and a half hour before i meet mabel and i still have to go home and shower so i only bought 3 apples and a grapefruit and a subway sandwich.

it was really awkward cause couples were everywhere surrounding us but well it was valentine's day afterall...
anyway my mood immediately lifted as soon as i reached the top part of the marina barrage cause the weather was great and there were so many kites flying in the sky and it was so windy :D
there were this 2 guys who released this flying lantern and it was pretty cool but they got a warning from the security guard who was quite funny. hahaha. i wonder what they wished for? ^^
this is so cool! the sunlight from behind the clouds made it seem as if heaven is right behind that cloud.

its a pity that we couldn't watch the sunset and we didn't watch the stars tonight but we'll do it soon okay! hahaha i'll wake up earlier to cook! ^^

-new wallet and headbands that are kinda too loose for me from accesorize (they're having sale! like things are going at 70% off. but i still don't know why i bought the headbands. i guess i got carried away -.-)
-rubber bands from f21. (don't know why i bought them too T-T but they were only $2)
-bb cream and liquid eye liner from the face shop
-popcorn
-shared tako balls with lyn
-bought pearl milk tea from happy lemon

okay most of the money went to the stuff from face shop T-T
i've decided that its high time i learn how to make-up properly.
plus the salesperson was so nice and convincing.
okay neh mind, its a long term investment.

tried out this new hairstyle that i saw on youtube but it just looks messy on me -.-
need to practice more!
oh and my fringe grew out quite well! we can now see the pro-ness of jy ^^

ultra weird combi considering how i've barely talked to BT and michelle since we stopped going for CO. it was awkward at first but BT is still as funny as ever! hahahahaha.

oh ya i just want to share something with you all.
recently right, i realised that my hair is seriously screwed. like its super dry and damaged and i got quite worried. and then there was this night where i was watching a lot of youtube videos on hairstyles and make-up and stuff and this girl was talking about her haircare.
out of all the products that she was going on about, there was one that she kept stressing about and it was "jojoba oil". apparently it works wonders for dry hair, dry skin etc.
but i couldn't find that miraculous jojoba oil anywhere! so i've decided to try using olive oil instead. like when i shower, i'd mix like about one or two drops of olive oil with my conditioner before i apply the conditioner to my hair. i think it kinda works.
and please, every birdie, its not the olive oil for cooking. (although maybe that might work but i don't know.) the one i bought can be found at like NTUC, CK etc, the small bottled one from the brand ginvera.
okay heres a picture of my hair when its pretty screwed.

like you can see that the ends are all fuzzy and gross then you compare it to the photos above and you can see the difference.

but i'm not really sure if its because of the oil or maybe i'm just having random better-hair-days cause currently i still have a lot of damaged hairs that are sticking out of my head awkwardly so we'll see how it works in the long-term.
oh ya, plus i've stopped using hair-dryer cause from what the girl says its seriously damaging to the hair and everytime she uses it or some other heat products on her hair she'll apply some heat protectant thingy on her hair first but since i've not seen those stuff around, i decide to just cut down on using the hair dryer.

yep, so just something i want to share with you all and hopefully anyone with dry hair may find it helpful too.

hahaha lastly did anyone watch block b's nanrina mv?
this is the first song i've heard from them and that zico is overflowing with swag seriously. hahahaha.
i kept replaying that few seconds where he goes "ah okay okay okay".
theres this guy who sounded a bit like TOP and they have that "crotch cooling" dance. hahahaha hilarious dances that the koreans are coming up with.
